Town of Spring Prairie, Walworth County

NOTICE

Every person is required by law to destroy all of the following noxious weeds growing on land in the Town of Spring Prairie, Walworth County, Wisconsin, owned, operated, or controlled by that person:

1.  Canada thistle.
2.  Leafy spurge.
3.  Field bindweed (Creeping Jenny).
4.  Musk Thistle
5. And any other weeds that have been declared noxious by the town board or

      county board by resolution or ordinance.

This action is required by Wisconsin Statute 66.0407. Noxious weeds shall be destroyed in such a manner as to prevent plants from maturing to the bloom stage.
