TOWN OF SPRING PRAIRIE

The Annual Meeting of the Town of Spring Prairie will be held at 6:30pm, TUESDAY April 16^th, 2024 at the Spring Prairie Town Hall, N6097 State Road 120 (Highway 120 & Potter Rd), Walworth County, Wisconsin.

AGENDA  

1. Call to Order
2. Reading of Minutes from last annual Meeting (4/18/2023)
3. Review and Approval of Annual Town Audit
4. Reading of Noxious Weed Notice
5. Appointment of Town Weed Commissioner
6. Any such other matter which may properly come before the meeting.
7. Set date and time for 2025 Annual Meeting (cannot be held before 3^rd Tuesday nor after the 4^th Tuesday)
8. Adjournment.

Notice: Members of the Town Board may engage in discussion and information sharing in their capacity as Town Board Members at the Annual Meeting, but no action of the Town Board will be taken.
